Need a group to push you? Classes are held weekly and challenge your limits with all different modes of training. Circuit training, boot camp, dance, step, boxing, and even some cross-fit are incoprated to help you reach your goals.
Need a space to rent for practice, wrap party, or a meeting? Most weekends are available . Equipment can be moved to suit your needs.
You can afford to get fit! We offer several membership options to fit any budget and we never require long term contracts.
